Submit YOUR Community Event - Reach YOUR Audience through Channel 5

  • Please submit this completed form at least 10 working days prior to the event start date or we may be unable to put your submission on the air.
  • Ticket Prices may not be included.
  • All submissions must be "not-for-profit" and non-commercial in nature.

If you wish to include your logo (in .jpg format) a $35.00 donation made payable to WHC-TV must accompany each request (online requests will be held until donation is made.) Your .jpg logo should be no more than 800 pixels wide by no more than 600 pixels tall. Send your check to WHC-TV, Room 326, 50 South Main Street, West Hartford, CT 06107. Please note that logos are not retained on file and must be resubmitted with payment for each request.
