Brady on behalf of JORG Realty (a partnership) (owner of 17 South Highland Street) and KWL, LLC (owner of 21 South Highland Street) and South Highland Realty, LLC (proposed buyer of both properties). The applicant is requesting a change of zone on both properties from (R-6) One-Family Residential to (RCO) Residential Character Offices. (TPZ receipt on December 4, 2000. Public hearing and decision scheduled for February 5, 2001 TPZ meeting.) |
