Brady for Special Use Permit to allow continuance of the Hartford Family Institute LLP use for its psychotherapy practice plus use of the combined premises (into one parcel) for psychotherapy education and training. (Zone Change from R-6 to RCO pending Town Council public hearing and decision on January 23, 2001. Suggest requested TPZ public hearing be scheduled for February 5, 2001.) R-6 ZONE
