a. Minutes of Regular Meeting of December 3, 2001

COMMUNICATIONS:

995 Prospect Avenue - Town Planner report regarding possible changes to the TPZ approved storm water management system associated with this approved subdivision (SUB #263). TPZ conditional approval was given December 3, 2001. Applicant has requested that this matter be scheduled for public hearing at the TPZ meeting on February 4, 2002.

TOWN COUNCIL REFERRALS AND REQUEST FOR REPORT:

3a. 227 South Main Street - Noah Webster House - Town Council/Town Manager referral and request for report relative to a five (5) year lease agreement for maintenance of the Noah Webster House historic building and site. (Submitted to the TPZ under the provisions of Chapter XIII Section 6 of the Charter of the Town of West Hartford.)

3b.

Mountainside Estates Subdivision - Report from the Town Engineer and Corporation Counsel recommending the acceptance of Mountainside Road as a public street under the provision of Chapter XIII Section 6 of the Charter of the Town of West Hartford. All required subdivision improvements are now completed or secured by an escrow agreement and $3,000 performance account. (TPZ receipt on January 7, 2002. TPZ action would allow Town Council action at its January 22, 2002 Town Council meeting.)
