Farmington Avenue - Petition (SDD #71-R1-03) on behalf of People's
Bank (Robin Pearson. Attorney) for an amendment to the Special Development
District at 1013 Farmington Avenue (a) to reinstate the bank use
as a permitted use within the SDD in addition to the general, professional
and medical office uses currently allowed, (b) changes to the parking
lot and, (c) the relocation of the ATM from the building's rear
lobby to the drive through teller lane. (Town Council public hearing
scheduled for July 8, 2003. TPZ receipt on June 2, 2003.)
