2011-2022 Capital Improvement Program
The Town’s Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) covering fiscal years 2011-2022 invests $149,390,000 in West Hartford during the 12-year period.While this Capital Improvement Plan continues the Town's long term commitment to the maintenance of public schools, roads, storm sewers, parks,and other public infrastructure, it also reflects the current economic challenges. As such, the CIP focuses only on maintaining the Town's infrastructure, not adding to it.2010-2021 Capital Improvement Program
The Town’s Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) covering fiscal years 2010-2021 that invests $151,477,000 in West Hartford during the 12-year period. Not only does the Capital Improvement Plan continue the long-term commitment to the maintenance of public schools, roads, storm sewers, parks and other public infrastructure, but it also reflects the economic challenges we are currently facing. This capital program is $32,051,000 less than the previous 12-year program and reduces the required capital financing appropriation in the fiscal year 2010 budget from the current appropriation.
2009-2020 Capital Improvement Program
The Town’s Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for 2009-2020 invests $183,528,000 in West Hartford during a 12-year period as part of the town’s commitment to the maintenance of public schools, roads, storm sewer, parks and other public infrastructure.
