Parking Programs & Services Parcxmart New! The Parcxmart Card™ is a multi-application smart card. Its secure chip provides payment software for on-street parking, debits at local merchant businesses and a rewards calculator that can carry up to ten separate merchant rewards’ programs per card. Additionally, merchants participating in the network earn commissions when they sell or reload value onto the cards. These cards can be reloaded with cash, debit, or credit up to $500 in value. Parcxmart has its own West Hartford card website www.westhartfordcard.net with program information, local merchant directories and a merchant coupon hosting service. It is a universal card program that is designed to make parking, shopping and eating convenient and easy. As the Parcxmart program continues to grow in Connecticut – West Hartford is the third municipality in the program – more and more value will be realized by cardholders, merchants, and municipalities in the network. Click here for a brochure explaining the program. Pre-paid Visitor Voucher New! Each voucher is valued at $3 offering up to 2 hours of parking. They are accepted at any one of the West Hartford municipal parking facilities. Vouchers are purchased in advance and used any time for ease and convenience. They can be used one at a time or in multiples to pay for parking. Vouchers are non-refundable and can not be redeemed for cash. Purchase the vouchers at WH Municipal Parking Office, 17 Isham Road. Use them as gifts or simply a convenient way to pay for parking. West Hartford Municipal Parking is please to announce our Workforce Parking Program, designed to offer affordable parking solutions to support the Center workforce service employees. The program is geared for the Center’s workforce, part-time or full-time, with limitation on wage rate. Qualified candidates would be employees of West Hartfor Center in the service sector with wage rate at $15/hour or under. The program offers tremendous flexibility supporting most schedules: Full-time, Part-time, Day or Evening shift. Confirmation of employment and wage qualification would be provided by the employers to affirm with Municipal Parking of those interested in participating in the Workforce Parking Program. Pre-paid Monthly Fee Access Cards Access cards are available to individuals or corporations on a monthly pre-paid basis of $110 plus tax per card. Pre-paid by Usage Access Cards Access cards are available to individuals for a prepaid dollar amount to be used at any parking facility, surface lot or garage, at standard established rates. This option is designed for the convenience of visitors to West Hartford Center. Each time the card is used to park, the fee would be deducted from the prepaid account. Validation Parking Validated parking program is available to corporations and merchants located in West Hartford Center. Validated parking program is designed for the convenience of the customers of participating companies or merchants. Monthly invoices would be sent to participating entities for the actual number of validated parking instances at the standard established rates.
