Property Declarations
By Connecticut State Law, all businesses are required to file a Personal Property declaration each year by November 1. If you do not file your declaration with the Town by the deadline, a 25% penalty will be levied on your estimated assessment.
Please submit this information well in advance of the November 1 deadline to leave enough time to file the declaration form we will send you.
