Annual Town Calendar
In fiscal year 2007-08, the town's annual free calendar was cut from the budget. In the past, the calendar featured full-color photographs taken by Gary Lewis, a listing of voting districts, town offices and school telephone numbers, financial and administrative information, monthly listings of meetings, programs and special events, and a financial explanation of how the town earns and spends its money.
Calendars were available the first week of December each year at town hall, the three libraries and town recreation facilities. Public elementary schoolchildren were given a calendar to bring home, too.
