Payment Options:
Option 1: Mail your payment in the enclosed return envelope. Yes, the Stamford, CT address is correct. This is where our bank processes payments.
Option 2: Mail your payment directly to the Town of West Hartford at the following address:

Option 3: Deliver your payment to the Revenue Collection Center on the first floor of Town Hall, Room 109. Office hours are:
Monday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Thursday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM Friday: CLOSED Saturday and Sunday: CLOSED Please note: You must bring your entire tax bill with you, do not tear anything off the bill before you pay in person.
Option 4: You may drop off your tax payment after hours in the drop box located at the front entrance to Town Hall. The drop box is to the left of the front door as you face the building. The box is lighted. Payments placed in the drop box must be received by midnight of the due date. Please do not use drop box if it appears full.
Option 5: You may pay by credit card or electronic check using phone access or the internet. A convenience fee will be charged by the vendor, Official Payments Corp. Credit card payments may be made by calling 1-800-2-PAY-TAX or by the web at www.officialpayments.com. (You may also pay by credit card by coming into the Tax Office at Town Hall.)
