Procedures
Call
404-0712 to schedule your appointments.
For medical
appointments, please call 1 - 2 weeks in advance. For grocery shopping,
please call 2 days in advance. Please be ready 30 minutes prior to your
scheduled pickup time to avoid delays. Do not panic if the driver is a
few minutes late.
- Indicate
clearly where you are to be picked up (for example, front door,
back door, community building).
- Please respond
promptly to the van horn, door bell or intercom.
- Riders who
need assistance (someone to push a wheelchair or assist them with
walking) must provide their own escort. The escort must be
identified as an additional rider when the reservation is made.
- All passengers
are required to wear seat belts. There are no exceptions to this
rule.
- Drivers cannot
make unscheduled stops. You will be picked up/dropped off as indicated
on the schedule.
- If you have
difficulty communicating in English, please have a translator
available to ensure that we understand your needs.
- No tipping
is allowed.
