Service Hours & Reservations
Pickups by Dial-A-Ride are made between 8:30am and 3:30pm. Every effort will be made to get people to their appointments on time. However, drivers may need to adjust the schedules and may call you to arrange an earlier or later pickup.
Calls for reservations for rides must be made to DATTCO (404-0712), Monday through Friday, between 9:00am and 3:00pm. (NOTE: Phone lines are often busy during morning hours. Calls made in the afternoon may be answered more quickly.)
No ride is guaranteed. Bad weather, van breakdowns, and other unexpected delays may make it necessary to cancel your scheduled ride. If this occurs, you will be notified by phone.
