Energy Assistance Program

Through the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP), households meeting income-eligibility guidelines can receive grants to help with heating expenses during the winter season. A town-operated assistance program is also available to households that have an emergency need but exceed CEAP income-eligibility guidelines.
