Physician and Dental Registry
The Physician and Dental Registry is a resource for town residents who do not have health insurance, are ineligible for government medical assistance and are unable to pay for the health care they need. The registry includes more than one hundred practitioners specializing in all areas of medicine and dentistry. Qualifying residents may receive free or discounted services ranging from preventive care to acute care. Services are available on a limited basis.
