Fees
and Deposits
Elmwood Community Center makes every effort to remain open during inclement weather. If the facility must cancel an event because of severe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.
Income-Producing
Events
Town regulations require that Elmwood Community Center receive 25% of
the net profit realized from income-producing events held at the facility.
This includes events to which tickets are sold in advance and/or at the
door. A financial statement reflecting the income, expenses and net profit
(if any) are due within seven days of the conclusion of the event. Payment
is also due at that time. Under special circumstances, the town may choose
to waive this requirement. Any requests for a waiver must be presented
in writing at the time your event is booked.
