Policies
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Conference Center. Anyone
wishing to smoke is asked to step outside the building and dispose of
smoking materials in the receptacles provided.
Decorations
Decorations may not be taped, glued, nailed, stapled or attached in
any way to any part of the facility including the walls, ceilings, windows,
draperies or chandeliers. Only decorations that are free standing or
table-top style may be used.
Clean
Up
It is the renter’s responsibility to restore the facility to its original
condition. All decorations must be removed and all trash must be bagged
or placed in proper receptacles and placed in the kitchen for disposal
by the Conference Center staff. Caterers must remove all equipment and
goods including linens, dishes, pans, empty bottles and unused bags
of ice.
Conduct
The renter is responsible for the conduct of all those in attendance,
and is responsible for any loss or damage to the facility caused by
attendees. Children must be supervised at all times.
