Power & Duties:

Makes decisions on requests to build, remodel, enlarge, or demolish buildings and structures within the historic district and engage in activities to enhance historic and architectural preservation on the town.

In addition, each year the Historic District Commission hosts an awards program to recognized property owners who have preserved the historic character of their homes and businesses/institutions.
