In recognition of the magnificent adaptive reuse/restoration by Tai Soo Kim Partners Architects, of the 1900 Craftsman style Shepard House, designed by Edward Hapgood, to a modern educational facility with a sensitive new addition which shows great respect for the historic structure it reflects.

In recognition of the meticulous restoration implemented by Hoffman Architects and Weiss, Janney and Elsner Consulting Engineers, of the 1936 Byzantine style synagogue designed by Charles Greco which includes limestone facade, clay tile dome, and stained glass windows.

 

SECOND PLACE AWARD

902 South Quaker Lane

In reocognition of the adaptive reuse of the 1865 Victorian style home located at 902 South Quaker Lane, into office space which preserves the original structure and is enhanced by a complementary landscape design.

 

AWARD FOR RESTORATION OF A PRIVATE RESIDENCE

51 Walbridge Road

In recognition of the fine restoration implemented by David Booth Beers, CGR of House of Hanbury Builders which preserves stucco, lighting, copper flashing and gutters for the 1923 house designed by Russell Baker.
