Water in Basement
Do you have any
tips on keeping water out of my basement?
One way to keep water out is to install plastic window well covers on
the basement windows. The covers help keep leaves and snow out. If you
do get water in the basement due to natural or unnatural causes (such
as a broken washing machine hose), the Fire Department will pump the water
out at no charge.
