Child Passenger Safety Car Seat information The West Hartford Police Department does offer child safety seat inspections. The inspections will be held on Wednesdays at the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road, West Hartford, CT 06107. The inspections are by appointment only. To make an appointment, call Wednesday mornings for an appointment that day. Calls for appointments will be taken from 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM only. The West Hartford Police Department is an official Connecticut Department of Transportation fitting station for the inspections of child safety seats.
