Child ID Kits The West Hartford Police Department has purchased new equipment for making child identification cards. The PVC card is about the size of a driver's license and contains personal information about the child including a digital photo and a digital thumbprint. Please call 860/523-2013 to make an appointment or locate a clinic. KidPrints will be in the community on the following dates: There will be a clinic on Saturday, August 23, 2008.
